By using the Lighthouse platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

Lighthouse is a professional property management company. We manage and operate premium properties with full hotel-grade standards to deliver an exceptional stay experience for every guest.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes

Booking Confirmation: When you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email. This constitutes a binding contract between you and the hosting company.

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details.

Check-in Details: You will receive check-in instructions 48 hours before your arrival date.

As a guest, you agree to:

• Treat the property with respect and care
• Follow property rules and regulations
• Not exceed maximum guest capacity
• Report any damages or issues promptly
• Leave the property in good condition
• Not use the property for illegal activities

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy specified on the property page. Please review our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Transparency: All total prices include applicable taxes and fees.

Price Changes: Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and will not change.

Lighthouse is a platform, not a property management company:

• We do not own or operate any properties
• The hosting company is responsible for property quality and services
• We are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries at properties
• Our role is to facilitate the connection between guests and companies

If you have an issue during your stay, please:

• Contact the hosting company first
• Reach out to our support team if unresolved
• Document the issue with photos if possible

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Provide fraudulent information
• Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• Cause damage to properties or companies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be handled in Egyptian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect.
